Things are good around our house. The new baby is starting to figure out the whole sleeping at night thing. He is eating well, and going to be out of all his cute new 0-3 month clothes before we know it. Owen has begun to acknowledge Eli's existence, a step in the right direction, and mom is hopefully finally getting over this cold (which by the way has kept me from sleep far more than this newborn!) So all in all we are good, and getting better. Thanks to everyone who has stopped by, called, and or emailed in the past 2 weeks, we appreciate all your kind words and support.

Ya, as you can tell from these pictures, I decided to stop getting Owen dressed, its really cutting down on laundry!

thank you for choosing the boy bunny ears, he looks much more masculine
i love how owen is trying as hard as he can to not touch eli in the crib picture.
i am much cuter than both of them.
I'm sorry your sick.
Where is everyone getting these bunny ears? Am I bad Mom beacuse I didn't get the "this year every kid needs bunny ears for some photos" memo?
I can see Darth's comment now: Yes, Yes you are.
Oh I feel for you having a cold with a newborn. I was sick when I delivered and for about 2 weeks after. It was horrible. So I'm glad to hear things are getting better. I was serious the other day about Owen coming over. Please let him come play and take a break.
i totally subscribe to the not getting dressed as a method to cutting down on laundry.
Such cute little boys! Where did you get Owen's cute crib sheet? I am in need of some new ones before the baby comes and Roman gets kicked out of the crib. Speaking of that, is Owen still in the crib? I'm not sure when I should make the move to the big bed, before or after the baby?
Oops, signed in as Brad not Whitney!
I am so glad you posted new pics, Owen and Eli are so cute. I love how curly Owen's hair is!! Thanks for putting new ones up, we're sad we havent been able to see him in person so its nice to see pics!
Rumbler: there are plenty of male bunnies in the world. I believe the Easter Bunny himself is a male. Why are you so sexist?
Darth: You are never going to convince anyone in the blogosphere that your cuter than my kids, especially sporting that nasty stash photo.
Cicely: I am sorry that you're sick too. Yes, no ears = bad mom.
Tiffany: Thank you for your kind offer, how would you feel about taking him when he decides not to sleep between 2am-5am each morning. I am not sure how his little brain knows to have nightmares about buggies in his bed at the exact time the baby is fast asleep. Seriously though we would love to play some time soon.
Mindi: Word to your mother!
Whitney: Cathie got those sheets at the company store online for Owen for Christmas. I am not the person to ask about the crib transition. Owen is still in the crib. He doesn't even try to get out! I even raised the mattress so he would try. Also, He is afraid of his big boy bed. I am at a loss how to get him out of it. I have a port-a -crib, just in case he never wants out. Please pass along any and all advise.
Lindsay: Eli feels pretty bad that he hasn't seen you too. you are really going to have to make it up to him.
Owen is right about wanting to be in a crib. I am going to ask Sam if we can make our bed into some kind of fort.
