Okay... I am pretty sure I have some sort of control over the universe! Every time I buy something it goes on sale the next day. To anyone who might be interested. The Phil and Teds Stroller that I got has now gone on sale. Every online retailer is now throwing in the doubles seat for free, and has free shipping, so looks like I paid about $20 more than I had to. Live and learn I guess.
